April 28, 2008 Tournament Results

There were 22 attendees, and we divided the tournament into two groups and three games (so a "perfect score" is three points).

K-8 Results (11 players):
1st, 3 points: Croix G (1st grade - OLL)
2nd, 2.5 points: Jonathan H (5th grade - OLL)
3rd, 2.5 points: Mark S (8th grade - ICS)

Jonathan was up against the ropes vs. Mark S in a blitz tie-breaker game to determine 2nd vs. 3rd place, but Mark ran out of time.

K-4 Results (11 players):
1st, 2.5 points: Sam D (2nd grade - Lumen Christi)
2nd, 2.5 points: Ben B (3rd grade - OLL)
3rd, 2.5 points: Austin L (3rd grade - OLL)

A three-way tie in points required a tie-breaker based on the strength of the opponents each player defeated.
