Minutes - 9/17/07 and 10/1/07

Decisions:

1. If an officer doesn't show up three weeks in a row (w/o getting a replacement), a new election will be held. This was done for secretary, and the new secretary is SarahL.

2. Non-OLL members are welcome - but the charge is $1 per meeting instead of $0.50.

Attending: Jonathan, Sarah, Ben, Becka, Zach.

Decisions:

1. New players will be trained by the "chess masters" Becka and Jonathan.

2. We will buy 8 new chess sets.

3. Madyson and Brandan won't have to pay dues, since their mother has volunteered to bring snacks each time.
