Attendees: Andy, Charlie, Taylor, Jacob

Decisions

It was decided to name the club OLL Chess Club.

OLL Chess Club will participate in the Open House. All chess club members may participate. There will be a sign up sheet on the table.

Only the equipment manager and Mr. Mitchell can get the chess boards in and out of the chess closet.

All members must attend two regular meetings and the annual meeting.

Dues for each chess club meeting will be $1.

If members don’t pay for four chess club meetings Mr. Mitchell will e-mail parents and you will have to bring $5 to the next meeting. If the $5 is not paid you may not attend the next chess club meeting.

Assignments

Jacob will decorate the table for Open House and bring three to four chess sets.
